**Roofers and Labourers Wanted - Join Douro Roofing's Team in Sudbury**

Douro Roofing, a proud Unionized company with over 40 years of excellence in Northern Ontario, is expanding its team. We are currently seeking dedicated **Roofers** and **Labourers** in the Sudbury area.

This position will require **travel out of town**, with **paid accommodations** and a **live-out** arrangement for the duration of the project. Home on weekends. **Transportation from the shop will be provided** for all out-of-town jobs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with roof installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Safely operate tools and equipment required for roofing tasks.
- Load and unload roofing materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Requirements**:

- **Must pass a Criminal Background check and a Drug and Alcohol test prior to reporting to the job site. (This is a requirement from our client)**:

- **Willingness to travel out of town** with paid accommodations and live-out arrangement.
- Minimum 1 year experience in roofing is an asset, but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Strong work ethic, good communication, and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license is an asset.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid Working at Heights Certificate preferred.
