Take a 5 star Fitness club and add a rehab centre and a sport medicine doctor and you can start to get a sense of what we are doing. We are looking to add a Part-Time Clinic Administrator to help drive the success of the business. The position will hopefully be able to administer the running of both the clinic with grace, perfection and service.

**Duties of the Position**:

- Clinic Admin
- Booking, checking out, 3rd party billing, MVA admin management, schedule management, clinic inventory management, payroll reviewing for clinic staff.
- Clinic Development
- Making it more known what amazing clinic support we have. Informing other allied professionals of our presence and getting others to come to our clinic.
- Reception
- Hi's and Good-Bye's, Checking-in members and patients, dealing with daily questions, problems, and issues.
- a lock-down, get it done, perfectionist administrator
- Experience as a clinic administrator or Experience as a Fitness professional
- Good with numbers (not fancy stuff
- just book-keeping)
- Friendly and charismatic (you'll be on the front lines making peoples day better much of the time)
- Able to juggle many things at once
- Able to remain social while focused
- Solid with Excel, Word, and Office suite
- Good English communication skills both written and verbal
- Post-Secondary education
- Lives an active healthy life (that's what we're here for
- we need to practice what we preach
- Can get to work (downtown) without the use of a car
- easily

**Requirements**:

- Great English language Skills both written and oral
- Easy commutes to and from downtown Toronto **without **a car
- Clinic administrative expereince

**Compensation**:
Starting wage: $19.00-$26/hr (depending on experience)

2 weeks vacation

40% off clinic services (physio, chiro, massage)

The position will be evaluated every 6 months with the possibility of a raise or an increase in responsibility upon each evaluation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$26.00 per hour
