- You are responsible for supporting the Strategic Project & People Manager in managing all projects and activities related to Fresh Prep’s roadmap, with key focus on projects and processes within the culinary and marketing teams. You are organized and can work independently, will be focused on effectively managing and prioritizing actions within the team and ensuring stakeholders are unblocked and supported on a regular basis.

Reporting to the Strategic Project & People Manager, this role will be responsible for leading small to medium sized projects from initiation to completion. You will also take ownership of multiple processes related to new product launches and chef collaborations.
- Communicate status updates weekly to the Strategic Project & People Manager and other stakeholders as needed to provide a clear picture of goal health and priority status.- Manages the entire lifecycle of specified projects, ranging from strategic planning initiatives to tactical activities.-
- Assists with the set up and management of large-scale cross-functional projects with significant budget and team size.-
- Coordinates and monitors workback schedules, proactively anticipating dependencies and highlighting risks.-
- Effectively communicates the status of all assigned projects in a clear and concise manner to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all stakeholders and team members are kept up to date.-
- Oversees various operational processes that support the launch of new products.-
- Assist with the setup and adherence of Asana processes and best practices.-
- Be the voice and ears for the people working on the projects, creating visibility, support and clarity.-
- Leads small to medium-size projects.-
- Lead teams through problem determination and issue resolution.-

- You have a BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience-
- You have 1+ years of project management experience-
- You have worked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people or more-
- You have proven organizational skills and a focused attention to detail-
- You have experience working with a task management tool (eg: Asana)-
- You have the ability to analyze and problem solve effectively and creatively-
- You have the ability to to manage multiple projects while juggling stakeholder expectations-
- You have experience with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Slides)- Experience with data & data tooling/dashboards is a bonus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a bonus
