**Position Summary**:
Supply Custodians perform heavy duty cleaning responsibilities, including care and security of the building and immediate grounds.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- maintaining floors including scrubbing, waxing, stripping and refinishing
- assisting the Head Custodian with the maintenance of the building and mechanical equipment
- assisting with the security of the building and immediate grounds
- complying with health and safety programs
- monitoring community use of the school during shift and responding to requests for assistance
- moving furniture (setting-up and removing furniture for school functions)
- removing snow

**Education/Qualifications**:

- high school diploma
- a minimum of 2 years related experience
- related custodial training
- good communication and interpersonal skills

**Rate of Pay**:
$23.98 per hour
