**Sales and Custom Team Orders Associate**
At Sportwheels Sports Excellence, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity to combine two essential roles into one full-time position. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who is passionate about both customer service and behind-the-scenes production work. This dual role will allow you to split your time between the sales floor, providing excellent customer service, and our Team Sales department, assisting with large team orders.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by helping customers find what they need, recommending products, and ensuring a welcoming store environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, managing store operations, and supporting community events.
- Cross-sell products and assist customers with sizing, fitting, and product details.

**Team Sales Production Assistant**:

- Work with teams and families to fulfill high-volume custom orders, including decorations for jerseys and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing orders, invoicing, and tracking order status.
- Perform custom vinyl design setup, print, cutting, weeding, and heat pressing.
- Maintain a clean, organized production area and ensure quality control on all custom orders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service experience with a focus on teamwork and putting the customer first.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite; familiarity with Cut Studio or Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Previous retail or production experience is an asset, but not required.
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

- Hourly and salary compensation is based on industry experience. We pride ourselves on fairly compensating our team based on experience, work ethic, flexibility, and responsibilities.

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
