Regional Manager for Automotive Paint and Refinishes

**The responsibilities include for Regional Sales manager for Automotive Refinishes & Paints**:

- Meeting with existing customers on a regular basis and ensuring hands on customer support
- Providing live demonstrations to customers / potential customers
- Developing new business
- Working with body shops
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with customers
- Strong communication & collaboration with our Head Office.
- Must live within 100km of Pearson Airport
- Knowledge of body shop prep and paint products and operations
- Knowledge of paint and body products used in a body shop setting is a plus
- Good communication and problem solving skills
- Experience selling automotive refinishes to body shops
- Must have organizational skills, energetic and a team player
- Must be fluent in English
- Familiar with and comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) daily
- Experience spraying automotive paints in a body shop setting
- Experience operating colour retrieval software and cameras
- Experience in colour matching through self-tinting
**- Must have car and valid license and a reliable and presentable vehicle to visit customers**

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- knowledge of automotive paints & Refinishes: 3 years (required)
- Sales or body shop: 3 years (preferred)
- automotive paint: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
