Lady Cleaner

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in commercial spaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct thorough custodial duties such as restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with facilities maintenance by identifying areas needing repair or attention.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
- Handle heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is prefer.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff members.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks performed.
