**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Conduct custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within designated time frames.
- Communicate with team members and management regarding cleaning needs or issues.
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required to support overall operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to ensure clear understanding of responsibilities and expectations.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
