**Information Systems and CPIN Lead **(Full-Time Permanent Position)
- **The Sarnia-Lambton Children’s Aid Society is a trusted ally to families, communities & cultures in creating safe, nurturing environments for children and youth to grow and succeed.**_

2. The major components of the position include:
(a) Accountable to: the incumbent will report to the Manager of Quality Improvement.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- CPIN Administration; managing CPIN, eForms, setup, user management and security, conducting training, monitoring the database, and collaborating with teams to resolve issues and support enhancements.
- Generating and providing accurate reports for internal and external use, compiling and submitting Ministry Quarterly Reports, Budget reports, Indigenous Services Canada Quarterly Reports and other reports as required, and running and analyzing COGNOS reports to provide monthly and quarterly statistics.
- Data entry and maintenance of CIC/Kinship Removals & Placements, CIC/Kinship Service Placements and wardship information.
- Training and development of staff on CPIN, Laserfiche and Fasttrack and other duties as assigned.

(b) Qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other competencies required:

- Diploma in computer technology or related work experience;
- Advanced knowledge of computer network/software programs, including Windows NT, MS Office, Microsoft Edge, CWIS, eForms, and CPIN
- Strong understanding of Child Protection Standards and related legislation;
- Excellent communication and organizational, and training skills, task oriented with the ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
