Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Food Truck Cook. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food truck.

**Duties**:

- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck, including food preparation areas and serving counters
- Assist with food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, grilling meats, or assembling sandwiches
- Operate POS system to process orders and track sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the food truck
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels and restocking supplies as needed

**Skills**:

- Cash handling experience and ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
- Knowledge of food service procedures and best practices in the food industry
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting, supporting colleagues as needed
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Must have food Handlers
