**Responsabilités**:

- Assigner les camions, les vols et les chargements aux chauffeurs, maintenir un contact radio/téléphonique constant avec l'équipe en service.
- Coordonner les opérations avec les régulateurs de l'aéroport et gérer tous les ajustements d'urgence.
- Se rendre physiquement sur l'aire de trafic lorsque cela est nécessaire pour guider les chauffeurs qui en ont besoin.
- Remplacer occasionnellement les chauffeurs de camion en cas de pénurie de main-d'œuvre.
- Recevoir les appels entrants, se coordonner avec le personnel et les cuisines pour s'assurer que les chariots sortants sont à l'heure.
- Surveille les ordinateurs pour déterminer les heures d'arrivée des vols afin d'organiser la rencontre des chauffeurs avec les avions pour le déchargement/chargement.
- Fournir des informations précises et opportunes aux superviseurs/responsables des transports.
- Coordonner avec les planificateurs de repas les irrégularités et les changements.
- Participer au chargement/déchargement des camions afin d'aider les chauffeurs à livrer à temps.
- Maintenir la propreté de l'espace de travail, des quais de chargement et de l'équipement en respectant les règles.
- Respecter toutes les règles de sécurité et les normes de l'entreprise
- Porter l'uniforme et les chaussures de sécurité pendant le travail
- Vérifier la conformité des documents relatifs à la santé, à la sécurité et à la sécurité alimentaire.
- Signaler / Communiquer tout dysfonctionnement à la hiérarchie et aux autres équipes sur une base quotidienne
- Remplir les documents de sécurité requis et procéder aux affectations et contrôles appropriés
- Maintenir les véhicules à jour et assurer le suivi nécessaire
- Traiter systématiquement les appels par ordre d'ancienneté chaque fois qu'il y a un manque de main-d'œuvre
- Vérifier tous les jours les carnets de bord dans chaque camion, deux fois par jour, et placer un nouveau carnet de bord chaque fois que c'est nécessaire
- Vérifier chaque jour si les carnets de bord sont correctement remplis et signaler toute anomalie par courrier électronique au responsable de la manutention et au responsable d'unité OU par le biais du rapport écrit quotidien du dispatching.
- Assister les chauffeurs en service en préparant de la glace et des boissons pour les vols.
- Effectuer les autres tâches qui lui sont confiées.

- Assigns trucks, flights, loads to the Drivers, maintain constant radio/phone contact with the team on duty
- Coordinates operations with Airport Regulators and deals with all emergency adjustments
- Physically go on the ramp when required to provide guidance to the drivers in need
- Occasionally cover for Truck Driver position when there is a need due to shortage of manpower
- Receives incoming calls, coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
- Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading/loading
- Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors / leads
- Coordinates with Meal Planners regarding irregularities and changes
- Participate in loading / unloading trucks to help drivers to deliver on time
- Maintain clean working area, maintain clean loading docks, maintain clean equipment following rules
- Comply with all safety rules and company standards
- Wear uniform & safety shoes while on duty
- Check conformity of health & safety documents & food safety documents
- Report / Communicate any malfunction to hierarchy and other teams on a daily basis
- Fill required security documents and proceed appropriate assignments, controls
- Maintain vehicles up to date & ensure necessary follow up
- Systematically process the calls by order of seniority everyday there is a shortage of manpower
- Check everyday the logbooks in each truck, twice a day, and place a new logbook every time it is needed
- Assist Drivers on duty by preparing ice & beverages for the flights
- Perform other duties as assigned

CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES

- Capacité à travailler avec une exposition aux fréquences radio et à utiliser des appareils de radiotéléphonie.
- Bonne capacité de prise de décision dans des situations de forte pression
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de communication et d'organisation
- Aptitude avérée à tenir et à contrôler des dossiers de manière efficace.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression sans supervision étroite
- Expérience en matière de résolution de conflits et de problèmes
- Bonnes aptitudes à la communication, verbale et écrite
- Solides compétences en matière de servic
