**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Manage three or four Financial Analysts
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process and deliver well-supported and documented financial plans
- Deliver accurate, insightful and timely analysis of financial results compared against forecasts and budgets
- Prepare and present financial results with discerning commentary to key business unit stakeholders
- Take ownership of balance sheet integrity through reviews and sign off
- Partner closely with our centralized Finance Business Services group on financial close activities
- Manage special requests and collaborate on in-house projects

**Required qualifications to be successful in this role**
- Post-secondary education with an accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA)
- 4 to 7 years of Operations Finance experience, ideally in a business partnering role
- Proven analytical skills
- A strong work ethic
- Advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience, proficiency and comfort in communicating and working effectively at all levels, including senior management
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- A motivated self-starter who takes initiative to bring issues to resolution
- Highly organized and business process oriented
- High level of comfort in challenging assumptions by leveraging logic and critical thinking
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating flexibility
- Bilingualism
- Experience in a professional project environment
- Experience and success in mentoring others and excellent interpersonal skills
- Practical experience with Hyperion and PeopleSoft
