**How you will create impact**:
- Audit, Coach, train and develop team members, providing timely feedback to achieve department objectives and supporting the recruitment and selection of new team members.
- Create and develop processes to drive superior quality and customer service.
- Compiling data and creating reports to measure productivity and quality statistics to ensure service benchmarks are within company standards.
- Monitoring the inventory of work tasks, adjusting resources to meet service standards and supporting the quality control functions of the Tele-Interviewing team.
- Overseeing the administration of the workforce management software and phone systems and analyzing current training programs to identify opportunities to enhance the technical competence and service skills of client facing roles.
- Liaise with other departments the National Operations team supports.
- Coordinate with Underwriting department to ensure quality of work completed by Tele Interviewing department.

**To join our team**:
- You have 3 years of experience in a contact centre environment, preferably at a leadership level.
- You have a post-secondary degree in a related discipline.
- You have completed a medical terminology course.
- You have working knowledge of contact centre technologies and workforce management best practices.
- You have an understanding of Underwriting philosophies.
