The Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal is seeking a skilled administrative professional to support multiple aspects of its work. The OPSDT processes, hears and decides allegations of professional misconduct against physicians and surgeons. The Case Processing Coordinator is a critical part of the small team in the Tribunal Office, bringing excellent organizational and communication skills, tact, flexibility, the ability to work under pressure and is comfortable adapting to quickly changing priorities.

All OPSDT staff promote fairness and uphold the Tribunal’s neutrality between the College and members and are committed to providing excellent customer service.

***Qualifications**
- Relevant post-secondary education
- Minimum three years’ experience in an office environment
- Experience working in an administrative tribunal, regulator or in another legal environment is a strong asset
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and contribute to a team environment
- Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities and adherence to deadlines under time pressure
- Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with the public and the profession
- Superior judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Comfortable adapting processes to the needs of individual cases and commitment to continuous improvement
- Flexible attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom and MS Teams
- French-language skills are an asset
- Flexibility is necessary as this position is constantly changing and growing
- Equity/diversity/inclusion training would be an asset

Note: It is a fundamental requirement of employment with CPSO that employees reside in Ontario and can attend the College office as required. Must be able to provide proof of double vaccination.
