**This position reports to**:
Marketing Manager

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- You have completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- You have 3-5 years’ experience with a proven track record in content marketing, excellent writing and editing skills.
- You are proficient with content management systems and marketing tools.
- Completion of relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) is a plus.
- You have a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Customer-Centricity. Prioritizes needs, preferences, and feedback in every content decision and interaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making. Uses data, analytics, and voice of customer (VoC) to enhance content marketing strategies, personalize customer engagement
- and elevate experience across all touchpoints.
- Seamless Omnichannel Experience. Ensures consistent and cohesive messaging and experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Commitment to Focus and Delivery. Demonstrates strong focus, passion, and reliability in meeting commitments.
- Agile and Iterative Approach. Embraces flexibility and adapts to respond to market changes and customer feedback.
