The role
As a Go to Market Advisor, you will own go to market strategy for various products/services/projects that impact the wireless business across all Freedom retail sales channels. This role will be accountable for managing the governance, prioritization, and quality of all GTM inputs that hit the Wireless Sales Channels. They may not own each of the pieces, but this role owns the vision for the project and strives to ensure that we execute flawlessly. The Go To Market Advisor will support frontline enablement, ensuring that sales teams have the right information at the right time.
A typical day
In this role you will spend your days collaborating with stakeholders from across the organization who will come to you to help them execute on their project. As the channel frontline expert, you will help them understand GTM tactics and best practice and help create a plan that achieves their goals while maintaining the best possible experience for our stores. Your day will also be focused on finding effective and efficient ways to improve overall GTM tactics and ensure that they meet the needs of both the business and the channels.
Your skills/experience
- 3+ years of channel frontline support
- 3+ telecommunications, sales, marketing, or knowledge management experience
- 3 years of cross-functional team management
- Seasoned communicator with the ability to present confidently at various levels and to write clear/concise communications
- Solid understanding of critical elements to successful Go To Market launches
- Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information
- High level of Microsoft Office, WordPress or other CMS proficiency
- High project management skills
