- You are totally cool with working in a physically demanding, fast-paced, environment
- You must comply to food safety rules including dress code, have some knowledge of food safety regulations (ie. food handlers certificate or a food experience)
- You must be able to lift 40 lbs and be physically capable of receiving a delivery of multiple pallets in a time-restricted work flow
- Receiving weekly deliveries according to food safety standards
- Preparing delivery documents
- Collaborate with the Goodsflow team to keep the delivery timelines intact
- Participate in the inventory process
- Working with digital production plan, inventory and receiving tools

**Your responsibilities**
- Ensuring quality, freshness and great service is always top of mind and
- Making sure that are food products are always displayed in an attractive manner
- Focusing on daily and weekly sales targets and top-selling products
- Being an active IKEA Ambassador by always focusing on our customers
- Keeping informed about our sourcing practices, ingredients, specials and standards our customers are curious about these things and will ask
- Responsible for a clean, tidy, organized, visually inviting workspace, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all back of house areas
- Actively participate in all IKEA safety standards, policies, and food waste programs
- Always able to assist other co-workers with their tasks as required

The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $ 20 to $ 22 and will be based on relevant work experience.
