**Position Details**:
What You Will Do

Who You Are
- Post-secondary education completed in a related field
- Bilingual (English and French)
- AMF category 5A certificate (minimum); categories 5B and 5C are an asset
- Knowledge of the ARDFPS (Act Respecting the Distribution of Financial Products and Services
- Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance and claims procedures and workflows
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills to present results, analyses and documents with detailed descriptions and explanations
- Excellent time management, priority setting and ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities of varying complexity with mínimal supervision, while meeting demanding deadlines and producing high-quality work
- Excellent organizational skills to plan, organize and execute tasks according to established work plans, and to adapt work schedules to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to deal with a variety of internal customers
- Strong ability to review claims quickly and accurately for audit purposes Strong data analysis skills

- Previous involvement in projects involving the creation and management of workflow processes
