Calgary, Canada Econo Decks Ltd. Full time

In addition to conducting estimates, you will also network with and prospect new Centers of Influence and repeat clients. You’ll be responsible for increasing brand awareness and the unique features and benefits of the services and programs offered.

Econo Decks is arguably the fasting growing deck company in Calgary and its surrounding areas. With such, there is huge potential to move up the corporate ladder.

This is a Full-Time, commission-based position which will be a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

About you:

- Residential construction experience is a must
- You have 2+ years of sales experience; preferably delivering services to residential and/or commercial customers in the construction/ renovation industry or other home service industry
- You have a passion for success & track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- You’re a strong communicator - able to sell the value of Econo Decks
- You’re technologically Savvy
- You’re a good listener, able to understand the needs of the customer
- You are driven, reliable and hold yourself accountable to results
- You’re a team player that likes to see others succeed
- You’re friendly and able to build rapport quickly
- You have a valid driver’s license and good driving record

We provide complete training on the customer experience and you will be provided with the technology and estimating tools needed to do a great job.

Econo Decks offers an attractive commission on all estimates sold. You’ll be joining a great business and team that’s disrupting the decking industry by offering local clients exceptional quality work in a timeline that’s unexpected.

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per month

- Outside sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction: 2 years (preferred)
- Construction estimating: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
