We are looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager who will play a critical role in the objective oversight and monitoring of enterprise risk, compliance risk and operational risk owned by the risk managers within the organization. As the Enterprise Risk Manager, you will support the CFO and VP, Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk in conducting quarterly Enterprise Risk Council meetings and reporting on the Enterprise Composite Risk Index (ECRI). The Risk Manager role has exposure to all levels of the organization and will influence leaders with respect to the importance of effective risk management. This role is hybrid, with three days (T,W,Th) in our Mississauga ON office.

A Day in the Life- Drives accountability and support risk owners in risk identification, risk tracking, risk assessment and quantification, risk reporting and risk mitigation of big risks, compliance risks, and operational risks.- Develops comprehensive Compliance Risk inventory, followed by the risk activities listed above.- Conducts Risk Training to Risk Council Delegates, Risk Owners and others as needed as well as sit on compliance-related councils (e.g., Policy Council)- Oversees ECRI design, data collection, and reporting. Creation of a monitoring program to ensure that metrics are complete and accurate as reporting in the BI tool- Actively supports/creates a first draft of materials for the quarterly Risk Council, Risk Reports for the Credit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors, and other deliverables that may arise

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or a related field of study- 5-10 years of professional experience in an internal audit, internal controls, risk, or compliance department at a publicly traded company or public accounting firm- A CIA, CRMA, CISA, or CPA certification is preferred or willingness to obtain a certification- Strong communication skills - both oral and written- Intellectual Curiosity and ability to question why things function the way the do- Ability to provide high quality, thoughtful deliverables to supervisor for review- Exceptional integrity, values, principles, and work ethic- Strong analytical background, including the ability to break down and work through complex problems in a structured manner, using both quantitative and qualitative methods- Ability to work well with colleagues in a team environment, but also perform well independently. Balance between asking relevant questions and problem solving independently- Quick and resourceful learner who adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done, combines creativity, problem
- solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle- Hybrid in-office 3 days/week
