JOB SUMMARY:
Who we are:
Mojo Cannabis is part of Rural Leaf Ltd. - a growing cannabis retail company headquartered in Smithers, BC. We currently have seven stores operating around rural British Columbia. We are located in Smithers, Houston, Fort St. James, Valemount, New Hazelton, Burns Lake and Nelson.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the store manager to:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Monitor inventory levels and order products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle cash transactions and oversee cash handling procedures
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in retail sales
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Willingness to learn about pricing strategies, buying, and selling products
- Willingness to learn how to lead a team effectively and foster a positive work environment

Pay: $19.50-$24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
