We are currently seeking an innovative BIM Technician to join our dynamic work environment. Reporting to the BIM Lead, the BIM Technician is passionate to learn curtain wall systems. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented individual who enjoys working in a diverse collaborative team sharing their technical skills and talent. Using Revit, the BIM Technician will collaborate with engineers, designers, and other BIM technicians on all aspects of architectural and construction documentations.

- **JOB DUTIES**:
Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

- Use Revit to produce construction documents and as-built drawings (managing and developing Revit families is a plus.)
- Develop LOD 300-450 model for coordination purposes using Revit for projects.
- Efficiently prepare and produce construction documents, quality drawing and design packages with mínimal guidance to meet deadlines (such as layout floor plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, etc.). Take ownership of drawings from concept design through construction documents.
- Work in a collaborative office environment with numerous project teams throughout the life cycle of a project to assist in project completion.
- Any other BIM tasks required to assist in the completion of working drawings

- **QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College diploma in Architecture; or a related filed with relevant work experience.
- Well versed and experienced in REVIT and 3D modeling CAD software design tools, Microsoft Office as well as proficiency in Bluebeam. This may include SketchUp, Rhino, 3DS Max, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings such as floor plans, sections, elevations, sketches, 3D representations, etc.
- Good communication skills (written, comprehension and oral), critical thinking, problem solving, and graphic skills.
- Highly motivated with an attention to detail.
- Previous experience working as a BIM modeler/CAD technologist in the curtail wall industry is considered a strong asset.
- Preferred experience should be in the manufacturing and construction industry.
