**Job Title: Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Specialist**

**Location: Etobicoke, ON**

** 8 am
- 5pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Process and monitor incoming payments
- Generate and send out invoices
- Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to AR and AP
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles
- Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software Quickbooks/ MS Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: $23.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts receivable: 2 years (required)
