The Digital Engagement Strategist is a pivotal role at Espress Labs, bridging the gap between data-driven insights and creative execution. As a strategist, you will be at the heart of our digital campaigns, ensuring that our clients' narratives resonate with their target audiences across various digital platforms. Your expertise will guide the direction of campaigns, ensuring they are not only innovative but also effective. You will be the driving force behind our digital initiatives, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for engagement, reach, and impact.

We're on the hunt for a Digital Engagement Strategist to spearhead our campaigns and elevate our clients' digital presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and the broader team to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge digital strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more.
- Oversee and manage Google AdWords campaigns and paid social ad initiatives, ensuring alignment with client objectives and optimal ROI.
- Analyze and interpret campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and platform-specific updates in the digital and social media realms.
- Develop tailored strategies for potential new clients, responding to RFPs with innovative solutions.
- Engage in client meetings, presenting strategies, insights, and campaign results with clarity and confidence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, encompassing both social media and broader digital channels.
- Proven experience in buying, managing, and optimizing ads on platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Proficiency in using a range of social media platforms, advertising tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data and ad performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- A proactive mindset, always seeking innovative solutions and staying ahead of digital trends.
- Familiarity with design and creative processes is a plus.
