Vice President, Marketing Career Opportunity
TDG Furniture Inc operating as The Dufresne Group, with its head office and primary work location located at 147Commerce Drive, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3P 1A2, requires a Vice President, Marketing.
Acting as a key member of the Executive Management Team, the Vice President, Marketing (Ashley Brand) position is a full-time permanent position responsible for managing all aspects of the brand’s marketing campaigns and operations, and for leading an existing team of marketing specialists. This role leads the overall creation and execution of innovative marketing strategies to increase revenue and grow the brand. Job duties are required in English.

**As a Vice President, Marketing, you will**:
Develop and execute a strategic commercial marketing plan in support of the overall brand strategy,
optimizing the development of product offerings.
Translate business priorities into marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with other teams to achieve
broad financial and strategic goals.
Utilize market and guest insights, to develop/modify new or existing product offerings.
Work cross-functionally with the Merchandising and operational teams to develop and bring new products
and offers to market.
Lead the Marketing Team in the development and execution of effective marketing strategies across multiple
communication channels to drive consistency in messaging across the brand.
Drive incremental Guest Value through management of all promotional spend.
Maximize return from current platform capabilities and development new requirements to further improve
guest experience.
Other duties as required.
Bachelor Ddegree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
10+ years experience in marketing and sales within multi-billion dollar a retail environment, specializing in ecommerce, brick and mortar, outlet and Canadian strategies.
7+ years of direct senior management experience with demonstrated success leading and motivating team as well as managing cross-functional teams.
- A proven track record of aligning the organization around the brand and marketing strategy, while building a symbiotic partnership with sales and distribution partners
Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing and implementing strategy.
Metric driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.
Well developed skills in the areas of planning, organizing, prioritizing, negotiating and communication.
Must be decisive and demonstrate sound judgement and possess outstanding analytical skills.
Expert knowledge of paid advertising (e.g. Facebook and Google Ad words, etc.).
Demonstrates the company’s Core, Leadership and Executive competencies

Salary Range $250,000 -$325,000 commensurate with experience
