Why is this role important?

What you'll do:

- Day-to-day support for PLM users both internal and external partners (including overseas Vendors) in a customer centric manner, focused on quick and accurate resolutions
- Work closely with the PLM system provider for timely resolutions, optimized configurations, and accurate testing
- Work closely with PLM users, leading a regular cadence of process improvement meetings and collaborative projects
- Partner with Loblaw Technology participating in IT initiatives and process testing at times throughout the year
- Assist the Manager, Business Transformation in developing functional business processes and standard operating procedures
- Work closely with Joe Fresh business users, Loblaw IT partners, and external Vendors, to ensure the accurate rollout of system enhancements, system issues fixes and upgrades
- Continuously improve PLM system configuration and actively identify ways in which the tool can drive efficiencies, and reduce non-value-added work
- Support the creation of training guides and deliver user training to new users and new processes/refreshes for existing users
- Author communication to internal and external users when updates required

What you'll bring:

- Hands-on experience with any major PLM platform is preferred
- Experience in scoping and documenting requirements and configurations, in a clear and efficient manner
- Hands-on instructor led experience to a business or IT user group an asset
- Must be able to author documents using MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Prior user training experience for enterprise solution system users preferred
- Understanding of change management approach an asset

Other Skills and Abilities:

- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot business scenarios and provide solutions
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Must have strong communication skills - verbal and written
