**More on the role**:
We're looking for a Group Product Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of Product Managers and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to ensure we're building products that drive our desired outcomes

**The main responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a team of high-performing Product Managers
- Lead and manage a team of PMs to deliver high-quality integration products
- Drive team performance through coaching, growth development, and performance management
- Support not just your direct reports, but also their engineering and design counterparts to ensure overall squad performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional peers to maximize impact
- Partner with engineering and design across the entire product lifecycle
- Collaborate with peers on go-to-market, especially Product Marketing, to ensure we're addressing the full needs of the business, aligning with stakeholders, and properly communicating our new products to customers
- Product Leadership
- Act as the central point of contact of Product within Unito. Communicate where our products are today, where they are headed, and why. Get the team excited about our plans
- Collaborate with the CPO on the company's overall product strategy by conducting your own market research and aggregating the research and learnings of each of your PMs in their area of expertise

**The experience we need**:

- 7+ years of experience in product management in the software industry
- 3+ years of people management & product leadership experience
- Strong technical acumen
- Experience conducting market research and analysis to inform product decisions
- Strong spoken & written English

**Other skills that will be valued**:
These are not requirements but will likely help you ramp up faster and succeed at Unito.
- Technical background
- Experience in the software integration space
- Ability to communicate in French (or desire to learn)
- Experience with some of the tools we integrate
- A first experience with the Unito app (you can try it for free, go check it out)
