We are in search of a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team. The Sales Administrator will play a pivotal role in entering new projects and customers into our system, understanding the nuances of each project, and ensuring all steps required for completion are understood and followed. This role involves active follow-up with customers regarding quotes and additional information, and a commitment to seeing every job through to successful completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by entering new projects and customers into our project management system accurately.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each project and the steps required for completion.
- Follow up proactively with customers regarding quotes, additional information, and any queries.
- Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other departments for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion, addressing any obstacles promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales data and customer information.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and forecasts.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a sales administration role, customer service role or similar is preferred.
- Understanding of sales processes and customer management.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- High level of computer literacy, strong ability to learn new software, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong research skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with experience in troubleshooting.
