**Job description**

Eassons Transportation Group is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. This position reports to the VP of Human Resources

Working with a lens of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion you work to ensure a positive team environment between customers, drivers, and employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively greet and assist employees, visitors, and clients, with specific attention paid to new hires and applicants

Communicate politely to ensure guests feel welcome and at ease

Coordinates the flow of confidential information

Provide administrative support to the Management Team

Arrange items for New Hire Kits

Assist and organize special events planning.

Order, purchase, and maintain inventory of office supplies

Support social committee

QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of Administrative credentials within a community college or equivalent experience

Upbeat, friendly personality, and pleasing phone voice no matter what time of the day

Warm and engaging extroverted personality

Proven customer service excellence

Professional demeanor, dependable, punctual, and consistent Impeccable organizational and time management skills

Demonstrated good judgment and initiative

Proven success effectively interacting with all levels of an organization

Superior communication skills, both written and oral

Excellent analytical skills

Demonstrated ethical and professional conduct including respect and confidentiality

Superior knowledge of MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) a must

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
