POSITION DETAILS

BRANCH: Vancouver (South Surrey)

POSITION: Operations Manager

SUMMARY: This position will report directly to the Director of Operations and its responsibilities will include:

- overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver facilities (scheduling staff, ordering supplies, managing customer relationships, managing contractors and vendors);
- supervising 6-8 operational employees;
- leadership in the Company’s health and safety program;
- recruiting, hiring and onboarding new operational employees; and
- performing operational field work as required.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

- Salaried position starting at $75,000 annually
- Performance based bonus awarded annually based on personal performance and company performance

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum of 2 years experience supervising a team of 6 or more people
- Experience with recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training new employees
- Experience working with customers in a service-oriented industry
- Experience working with health and safety programs
- Experience reporting to senior management and making informed business decisions
- Demonstrable proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communications skills including written communication
- A clean driver’s abstract and valid Class 5 Driver's License (or provincial equivalent)
- Verifiable experience driving 5-ton vehicles (air brakes not required) is an asset but not required
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays - **position will be Friday to Tuesday with Wednesdays and Thursdays off**:

- Experience in the pressure washing industry is an asset but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
