**Position Summary**

This role is ~3 days in office in our Markham location (Warden/Enterprise)

**Responsibilities**:

- Process payroll for approximately 300+ salaried team members for Canada and US
- Responsible for all transactions related to the team member life cycle are submitted accurately and within the required payroll deadlines
- Reviews team member timecards using Time and Attendance system; identifies inconsistencies; liaises with managers to resolve issues
- Prepares payroll documentation, records and files appropriately to regulatory bodies
- Provide support to special projects and implementation of HR initiatives
- Additional administration support

**Qualifications**:

- University degree or College diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- ~3 years of Payroll Administration experience with a focus on payroll and/or benefits administration preferred
- Knowledge or experience of US and Canadian payroll principles is an asset
- Familiarity in using out-source payroll systems, Ceridian Dayforce in particular preferred (but willingness to learn qualifies)
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Someone with the discretion, tact, diplomacy, and attention to detail that are essential
- Someone with exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent at time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional HR services to our leaders, team members, and potential future hires

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
