**Responsibilities**
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable, aging
- Vendor Payments, cheque run, discount monitoring
- Bank reconciliations
- Bank Deposits (US & Canadian)
- Aged Receivables & tracking
- Preparation of Financial Statements for year-end for Accounting firm
- Managing various leases and other contractual agreements
- Month-end reconciliations including GL, invoices, bank and credit card statements
- Regular management reports
- Credit reviews and management of credit limits
- Tracking Pre-paid expenses
- Inventory costs and tracking of expenditures
- All government remittances; GST/PST, WCB, Corporate tax, Source deduction remittance, Employee Health Tax
- Input of payroll information into Wagepoint
- Administration of CRA and Labour Standards policies
- Maintenance of new employee on-boarding procedures relating to payroll and company benefits plan
- Administration of Medical/Dental benefits program
- Budget management & tracking
- Credit card reconciliation & management of expenditures
- Use of Cost Centres
- Multi-currency Transactions
- Identification and resolution of any financial-related issues

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle bookkeeping and payroll coordination
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Ability to perform bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
