**Position**

As a member of the project team you will work closely with our Project Managers and Site Superintendents to ensure project plan administration supports the execution of field operations.

Major Responsibilities include:

- Assist with major construction projects, including liaison with Architects, Consulting Engineers and Subcontractors
- Assist with preparation and execution of overall work plan and schedule
- Review and process shop drawings
- Prepare cost estimates for change order and audit purposes
- Price site instructions, work orders and change notices
- Provide document turnover to client at completion of project
- Resolve deficiencies in a timely manner
- Provide other technical office support as required by Production staff
- Assist with maintenance of project files and preparation of reports
- Attend job site subcontractor and safety meetings

**Qualifications**

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
