**Job Summary**:
With thoughtful coordination and collaboration, this role will primarily provide support to the Manager, Development within the Faculty of Humanities.
As a key member of the Development teams in the Faculty of Humanities, the specific area of focus may include interactions with donors, alumni, students, community members, faculty, staff, and University senior administration.
**Accountabilities**:
- Play a key role in the planning and delivery of all advancement and development related activities within the Faculty and in collaboration with University Advancement.
- Provide support to the Manager, Development and facilitate the efficient and effective operation of related activities.
- Prepare for meetings for the leader including but not limited to: collecting and compiling background information, supporting stewardship-related initiatives, preparing or editing presentations, strategic communications, and executing all follow-up items.
- Ensure an efficient flow of information and administrative support for the area with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a variety of database records, files, and correspondence.
- Perform research, analysis, and compilation of data related to potential prospects to the University
**Qualifications**:
- 4-year University Undergraduate Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail, with an ability to work independently and within a team.
- Self directed and motivated with ability the manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and ensure deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner.
