**An overview of your future role at BBA**
- Complete the entire pay cycle and provide client services.
- Ensure time sheets are approved in a timely manner.
- Process payroll every two weeks, ensuring data accuracy for the various provinces of employment across Canada.
- Reconcile remittances to various levels of government or other agencies.
- Ensure salary increases are paid and make retroactive payments, where necessary.
- Follow up with group insurance and RRSP/DPSP premiums.
- Help with year-end preparation and control activities.
- Make journal entries.
- Perform salary reconciliations and expense reports.
- Help the Accounting team with month-end activities..

**Overview of certifications and job requirements**
- At least five years of experience in a payroll position
- Excellent written communication (English and French)
- Asset: Bilingual, both spoken and written
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Asset: knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Asset: Experience in high volume and multiprovincial payroll
