**The Position**

We are looking for a full time **Showing Agent/Property Inspector** with excellent communication, great personal skills, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Wage: $15 + $1 = $16 per hour**

The hourly pay rate is $15 per hour, plus a $1 per hour bonus, payable on the anniversary date of the position (equates to ~$2000 bonus per year). The payscale of this position is from $15 to $17 per hour, plus the $1 per hour bonus.

**Hours of work: We have several positions available, ranging from 30 hours to 40 hours per week, 8am to 6pm. **_For our Full Time positions, this gives the opportunity to only work 4 days (10 hours per day) and have 3 days off._

Gas (KMs) allowance and company cellphone provided.
- **Duties include**_:

- Showing units to prospective tenants
- Performing property inspections
- Performing move-in and move-out reports with tenants
- Taking marketing photos and videos
- Light administrative duties during slower time periods

The successful applicant will be:

- very personable, responsible, and comfortable working in all areas of Winnipeg.
- Good knowledge of the city is essential, as is the ability to work independently.
- Valid drivers license, no criminal record and having your own vehicle and cell phone are required.
