We are looking for high energy individual who has the genuine desire to assist clients in a caring manner. Our current team works well together and our new employee must be a team player. You will always be on the move in the fast paced/professional environment; this is not a regular desk job (our team certainly get their steps in). Our business has been built upon excellent products and services combined with a professional, gentle/caring approach with each and every client.

**Primary responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Answer phones
- Schedule appointments
- Follow up with patients
- Prepare consultation rooms
- Communicate with referring physicians offices
- Process paperwork for insurance claims
- Custom fit patients for orthopedic footwear
- Help keep the clinic tidy (floors, dusting, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Must have 3 - 5 years experience in Administration,Customer Service or Retail
- Must work well within a team setting and have a genuine interest in helping others
- Excellent problem-solving skills a must
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Interest in discussing foot conditions with clients

**Compensation**:
$35,600 - $40,000/year plus bonus
$16.50-$18.50/yr plus bonus

**Hours**:
Mon to Fri, (Wed evenings until 8) - No Weekends
41.5 hours per week (paid lunch break)
