**Job description**

Clyde River Golf Club is looking for Pro Shop Attendants for the remainder of the 2024 season. This role is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operation of the Pro Shop.

**RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to**:

- Following opening and closing procedures
- Greeting members and the general public
- Entering daily sales/transactions
- Operating the POS system
- Booking tee time reservations
- Ensuring the Pro Shop is clean and organized
- Fielding and directing inquiries
- Cleaning golf carts as necessary
- Maintains inventory (ensures Pro Shop is well stocked in a presentable way)
- Processing daily sales transactions (green fees, memberships, golf cart rentals)

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Responsible beverage certificate (must be 19 years old to serve)
- Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with tight deadlines

Golf course experience is considered a major asset.

This position will run from the beginning of May to the end of October, with room for flexibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Day range:

- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
