Production Lead Hand

Working mostly with stone, our talented landscape team strives to ensure that our customer’s outdoor space exceeds our customer’s expectations.

We are looking for **an Experienced Landscape Lead Hand** who is driven, mentally and physically capable of the daily challenges involved in landscape construction. This creative career oriented individual will exhibit our core capabilities of excellence, teamwork, respect and integrity.

**The Role**:

- Supporting foreman/project managers in leadership by executing projects with advanced accuracy, efficiency and quality work,
- Assist in the management of safety, quality and productivity of worksite, machine maintenance
- Ability to read plans, motivate team members (working in teams of 2-4 people), operate and utilize machines and tools ( skid steer, excavators, tampers etc.
- Ability to drive company truck and trailer when needed.
- Energetic, positive and team player

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years working in the landscape construction field
- Valid G class drivers license and clean abstract
- Reliable transportation to our shop location (we are not bus accessible )

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
