Landscape Production Manage

We are looking for **an Experienced Hands on Landscape Production Manager **who is driven, mentally and physically capable of the daily challenges involved with landscape construction. **The Role**:

- Lead project coordination and client/site meetings with internal team members, clients, contractors, and sub-contractors
- Efficiently manage all stages of construction to successfully deliver the highest quality available
- Knowledge of grading, excavation, job site organizing, reading, and interpreting landscape design
- Lead and manage team comprised of 3-6 team members, while taking active part in the daily construction of the project
- Ensure proper health and safety measure on taken while onsite, maintain machine maintenance
- Strong organizational and time management experience with keen attention to detail;
- Ability to read landscape plans and understand elevations/grading;
- Thrive in a fast paced work, team orientated environment, while working efficiently with little supervision;
- A growth mindset, celebrates wins and discussed losses
- Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work
- Class G ( or higher) license with a clean abstract and reliable transportation to shop
- Skid steer, excavator, tractor, or other heavy equipment experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Seasonal
Contract length: 10-12 months

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
