**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to expand the customer base and increase market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized approach to managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Stay informed about product offerings, market trends, and activities to communicate value propositions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall targets and enhance performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of more than 5 years in sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi and Punjabi
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
