We are currently seeking a talented Renovation Sales Consultant to join our team. **This is a commission-based role with all leads provided**, eliminating the need for cold calling or self-generated leads.
**Job Description**:
As a Renovation Sales Consultant at Efficiency Home Renovations, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth. With all leads provided, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their renovation needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, and designers to deliver comprehensive renovation proposals and secure agreements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize provided leads to conduct in-depth consultations with clients, understanding their renovation goals, preferences, and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with our design and project management teams to develop detailed renovation proposals and present them to clients.
- Provide accurate estimates and pricing for renovation projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, addressing any concerns or objections to secure agreements.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the renovation or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and basement renovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$155,709.67 per year
