As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining quality standards for our glass products. You will play a pivotal role in assuring the quality and safety of our products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This position requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve the highest level of product quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control**: Develop, implement, and manage quality control processes to monitor, inspect, and test glass products at various stages of production.

**Quality Management System (QMS)**: Establish and maintain a robust QMS that complies with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001) to ensure consistency and traceability of product quality.

**Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure that the company adheres to all applicable regulations, safety standards, and industry specifications related to glass manufacturing.

**Quality Audits**: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards and regulations. Coordinate external audits if required.

**Supplier Quality**: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of raw materials and components used in the manufacturing process.

**Training**: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on quality control, safety, and regulatory compliance.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance product quality.

**Problem Resolution**: Investigate and resolve quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

**Continuous Improvement**: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, streamline processes, and reduce waste.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality assurance activities.

**Risk Assessment**: Identify potential risks to product quality and work with cross-functional teams to mitigate them.

**Customer Satisfaction**: Monitor customer feedback and work with the sales and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns and enhance customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of quality management systems, industry standards, and regulations relevant to glass manufacturing.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management experience.

Quality certification (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) is a plus.

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and documentation.
