**Position Summary**
We are looking for a temporary Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Nespresso Boutiques and CRC (customer relation center), based at our Montreal office, reporting into the B2C HR Manager. In this role you will be responsible for the people agenda of your defined scope of business. You will perform all operational HR activities, to continuously improve Employee Relations and to champion HR practices in alignment with the business objectives. You will provide support to Managers, salaried, and hourly employees with high quality of information, advice and service.

**A day in the life of an HRBP**:

- As an HRBP for a defined client group:

- Contribute and execute the HR Strategy for your defined group: Contribute to the implementation of People strategies and initiatives that attract, develop and retain employees. Support the organisational short and long-term business needs.
- Lead functional organizational design & development (OD&D): Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the assigned client groups to drive superior performance. Manage effective organisational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies. Shape the culture to align with Nestlé goals & initiatives through supporting & coaching Line managers in their implementation of core people processes.
- Employee Engagement and Employee Relations: Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers and employees through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation. Provide counseling to managers or employees on all questions relating to the policies, benefits, procedures, laws or other HR topics.
- HR Process Management: In line with HR defined processes, handle all Success Factors actions, transactions, workflows and Webforms. Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.

**What will make you successful?**
- 5 years of experience in Human Resources with transferrable skillsets. Experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- CHRP/L designation is an asset.
- Bilingualism in English and French at an advanced proficiency is required, as this position requires collaboration with stakeholders across the Canadian market.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the creation, implementation & execution of people strategies for a business, function or unit.
- Experience working in employee/labour relations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations.
- Effective influencing and coaching of managers & having a result focused approach.
- Exemplifies integrity which builds trust and practices high level of confidentiality.
- Strives for Continuous Improvement. Creative & innovative thinker.
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
