**Summary**:
Miller Paving Limited, is looking for dynamic and energetic Sales Coordinator for its Asphalt plant. The role entails being the first point of contact for Asphalt sales inquiries, maintaining a tender list for large-scale projects, preparing quotations, managing sales reports, reviewing invoices, and providing admin support to the materials sales staff.

**As a Sales Coordinator, Asphalt, You Will;**:

- Provide assistance as the first point of contact for all Asphalt sales inquiries
- Maintain a tender list of large-scale jobs by searching various websites for upcoming tenders and managing Miller’s asphalt clients’ database
- Prepare complete quotations taking into account haul rates and other details and manage transactions end to end with some customers
- Liaise with customers regarding changes in plant schedules, or to clarify required tender details
- Review invoices for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies with customers. Assist in the processing of invoice credits
- Effectively utilize systems to capture quantities sold from various asphalt plants and generate reports
- Administratively support the materials sales staff to increase efficiencies and improve Miller’s reputation as a leader in construction materials

**What You'll Bring ?**:

- Post-secondary education in business/finance or a relevant stream and some exposure to inside sales and within the construction industry is an asset
- Experience with computerized accounting systems like J.D. Edwards and JWS
- Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn about the construction industry and Miller’s protocols in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to work independently and in teams
