**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming work packages and review for constructability and verify all required documentation/information are accounted for
- Ensure internal requirements for PRE information is provided to the Operation Coordinator's for PRE unit submission
- Schedule and attend PRE site inspections, coordinate with required parties where applicable
- Work with and coordinate with Operation Coordinator's for PRE job change order creation and submission
- Receive incoming "Good to Go" work order packages from set up team, schedule work based on priority, ISD, crew availability
- Track jobs awaiting permitting following inside G submittals to ensure execution is scheduled when appropriate and ISDs are updated as needed if delays are beyond original expected timelines
- Participate in weekly check in meetings
- Discuss incoming work and work being executed
- Discuss scheduling and viability with Field Operations of incoming work orders
- Coordinate ISD verification and development with outside General Foreman based on crew schedule and scope of work (based on PRE)
- Receive work orders back from the field operations group that is challenged by redesign, or significant design issues
- Assisting development of work orders, through with client designers/managers, based on constructability to benefit execution and costs
- Provide supervision and planning in the successful completion of projects.
- Oversee the method of construction, manpower, equipment, and material needed and quality control
- Manage unit work or lumpsum work to ensure it is completed to client and bid specifications
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Health & Safety and Work practices
- Coordinate with client on any clarifications/changes identified during PRE job set up sequencing
- Perform other tasks related to this function as assigned

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Minimum of three (3) years in the construction industry is required, with at least one (1) year in civil or underground utility construction is required
- Prior experience as a Lead Hand or Supervisor leading and supervising multiple crews on project sites, is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction methods, schedule and plan reading
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, attention to detail, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead a team of all different skill levels, lead teams by example, build consensus, actively listen, and engage crew members
- Able and willing to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions and environments, inclusive of heavy lifting
- Ability to work in field/site with travel and work hour flexibility to accommodate to remote/site work schedules
- Able to present a valid Class 5 Driver's License and an acceptable five (5) year drivers abstract
