Civil Foreman/woman

United Group is looking for a civil foreman that will be responsible for supporting various projects involving managing various construction sites, supervising employees, and multiple subcontractors, all while promoting the company’s HSE policies throughout each project.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans
- Produce schedules and monitor attendance of crew
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise and train workers in a variety of tasks
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Resolve problems when they arise
- Report on progress to superintendent an or project managers
- Manage employees to ensure the project is kept on schedule
- **Requirements**_
- Previous experience as a civil foreman or in a similar role
- 2-4 years of experience with construction projects with focus civil works (i.e. utility, industrial plant, road building projects)
- Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control
- Read and understand project specifications and engineering drawings
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
