**Job Title: Hot and Cold Deli Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations of hot and cold deli sections.
- Supervise staff, ensuring efficient workflow and providing guidance as needed.
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld and maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, optimize sales, and control costs.
- Candle customer inquiries, and collaborate with other departments.
- Closing and training team members
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of managerial experience in deli or food service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing staff, fostering teamwork, and providing training.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
- Culinary degree or certification preferred.
