Position: Financial Analyst
Wage: 38-42/hr, Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
Work Location: 275 Finchdene Square, Scarborough, ON, M1x 1B9, Canada
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00pm, 40hrs/week
Employment Type: Permanent/ Full-time

What you’ll do
- Provide timely and accurate delivery of investment & financial analysis with budgets and forecasts
- Act as the financial liaison to provide financial guidance with internal and external stakeholders concerning financial performance with Dolson Marketing Inc.
- Assist in preparing consolidated budget and forecasts of Dolson with variance analysis
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports and presentation materials to the Board and senior executives.
- Assist with monthly forecasting and analysis process, work with departmental leads to continuously improve departmental forecasting submissions
- Manage working relationships with various operating groups across the organization and provide support as needed
- Prepare ad-hoc reports to senior management team under tight deadlines
- Provide analysis and additional reporting in a timely manner to all queries from stakeholders, as required
- Provide In-depth financial cost-analytics, departmental budgetary estimates and business development financial forecast to the Board and senior executive.

What you’ll need
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance,
- 2+ years of financial planning and analysis experience with strong astuteness in cash flow reporting and analysis
- Previous hands-on budget and forecast experience
- Expert level financial modeling (preferably Microsoft Excel) and analysis skills is required
- Expert level knowledge in Excel macros and formulas
- Experience in handling high-volume financial reports and forecasts
- Extensive knowledge of consolidation, financial analysis, financial instruments principles and practices are highly preferred.
- Excellent Oral and written communication skills to deal with a broad range of contacts & cross department cooperations
- Organizational skills, ability to prioritize and meet strict and challenging deadlines
