**Job Title**: Sales Representative

**Location**: Mississauga, ON

**Job Status**: Contractual/Full-time

**Salary**: from $20/h to $25/h **(commissions included)**

**Starting date: As soon as possible**

**Brytor international Moving **is an organization specializing in the management of international shipments that serves private customers and corporations. We provide our customers with peace of mind during every steps of their international relocation project. We are looking for a professional and dynamic representative that could join our dynamic team and assist with the sales.

**Main tasks**:
**Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service**
- Manage incoming calls and onsite visits with a quality customer service and provide a professional image of the company;
- Ensure that clients are provided with all the necessary information related to their move
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients during the various stages of the process;
- Prepare reports, correspondence and all documentation required with discretion and confidentiality;
- Accomplish any administrative tasks related to file management;
**Offer a quote corresponding to the expectations of the client and the company’s standards**:

- Negotiate freight rates with the maritime companies, ensure the booking, the tracking and the monitoring of international shipments;
- Provide a quote according to the customer’s needs;
- Do some data entry in our system, update and organize our information system with the latest information received/provided;
- Present our different types of services offered (moving and insurance services);
- Explain clearly the charges on the customer’s quote;
- Be responsible for managing the client's file until the reservation is completed;
**Contact the various intermediate to make sure to offer the service offered**:

- Maintain a good communication with all parties involved in the process at any time
- Accomplish all related tasks;

**Requirements**:

- Degree in sales or any other related training;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the moving industry (an asset);
- Bilinguism (an asset)
